Description

Harlowton, MT – 15 Bred Heifers | Calving Mar 3–Mid Apr | ~1,200 lbs avg

Before you squawk at the price, just watch the video, there's not much else that needs said. There isn’t a better set out there, anywhere. Some groups you just gotta spend the extra money, because you won’t get another chance. Big deep bodied Beautiful 100% Red Angus Bred Heifers. (The brockel face and baldies don't go.)  They would add value to any herd in the country, no questions asked.

These heifers were vet ultrasound called 60–100 days bred on 9/11/25 and will calve starting March 3 for ~40 days. They are bred to high-end Red Angus bulls with strong EPDs across the board; birth weight EPDs run 2.6–3.7, combining calving ease with real performance. Heifers winter on foothills pasture, supplemented with ¾ AN alfalfa cake, with free-choice black salt, Big Six mineral, and Crystal Phos tubs year-round.

Health work:

  • Spring pre-breeding: Pyramid 5 / Virashield 6 + VL5 HB, Inforce 3, Dectomax pour
  • Fall: Virashield 6 + VL5 HB, Inforce 3, Dectomax pour

They are cake broke, gentle, and quiet, easy to handle, will follow a pickup or cake bucket, and move well on horseback. Single-brand cattle from the Belt Mountain foothills of central Montana. Heifers weigh 1,200+ lbs; their mothers shipped over 1,600 lbs last winter—these will produce.

Offering: 30 head total, sold as two groups of 15, separated by select bloodlines, not quality.

  • $5,200/head for the select bloodlines (seller prefers to keep if they don’t sell)
  • $4,800/head for the other group of 15

No apologies. No fluff. Watch the video—and if you know, you know.
