Description

Bridger, Montana -100 Head of Home Raised Weaned Steer Calves- Ship April 20th

A uniform, reputation kind set of 100 home raised steer calves. These are the top end of the steer calves, sorted from a much larger group with the light end already sorted off.

95% Black and blk baldy 5% Red baldy, offering a deep, consistent kind backed by Angus and Angus x Hereford cow herd genetics. Cows are medium to large framed (1400–1500 lbs) and bred for performance, carcass, and payweight calves.

Steers were weaned in December and test weighed individually on April 1. These cattle are green, light flesh, and built for compensatory gain. They’ve been fed long hay as needed and are ready to go straight into a grass or yearling program. Expect them to turn into 950–1000 lb cattle off grass with the right conditions.

Health program is solid with post-weaning booster vaccinations, all steers are banded, no implants.

A high-quality 9/10 kind set here—strong genetics, green for condition, and the kind of cattle that are designed to convert and hit premiums on the grid.
