This year, they are offering for sale, Hazel, a Duroc cross Gilt. Hazel was purchased from Ron and Annette Vanek. Hazel was born on January 5, 2020 with a starting weight of 80 lbs, average daily gain of 2 to finish at 280.

Here's what Kally Josephine Konesky has to say about Hazel:

My name is Kally Konesky and you are reading about my pig Hazelnut. Hazel is what I call her. Hazel was born on January 5, 2020. I got her on April 11, 2020. I got her from Ron Vanek. I got her from him because my parents know his family and they have good market swine. I picked her because she was one of the best little piglets they had and she was born at the perfect time. I called her Tiny because she was still small. When I brought Hazel home for the first time I stayed out in the pig barn with her comforting her for about an hour. She was comfortable in her new home a few days later. In May she started to grow bigger and bigger. She is on Champion Swine Feed. She would be a good hog to buy because of her large body, wide hams, and tall back. She has a nice curve in her back. She has a brown-orange head, white body, brown-orange and black spots on her back, and small black freckles. Champion Feed Program.

Thank you for your interest in Hazel!
