These heifers come from a reputable cow herd known for exceptional genetics. They have been test weighed and are expected to gross 800 lbs or more if shipped within the next two weeks. Their big brothers are among the top cattle we have the opportunity to sell!
The owner initially planned to breed these heifers, but due to feed concerns, they are now available for sale. Not very often does anyone have the opportunity to own these fancy girls! They are super gentle, handle easy, and come from a professional ranching family.
They already had their bangs and pre-breeding shots: Vista 5VL5 SQ CFP, EID tags, Safe guard wormer, on Jan 26.
These heifers are primarily out of Angus cows and are sired by Angus and Simmental cross bulls, with most of the bulls being 1/2 blood SimX. The sires include Angus bulls from Skinner Seed Stock, JC Heiken, and Artzen Angus, as well as SimAngus bulls from Nelson Livestock, Lassle, Walking 5 L, and H Plains. These bulls have been selected to produce females with good structure, depth, fleshing ease, and a good disposition.
