Description

These are fancy, great quality calves. Born April 15 to June 15, weaned on long hay and ship late November -perfect for a grass program.

Get a big, front end sort out of 155+ head. Calves will be light fleshed, clean and healthy.

They are fence-line weaned around the 1st of October, then they'll move to long hay and a grower pellet in feed bunks for about 45 days.

The cow herd is primarily Black Angus with some Baldy cows, all of which generally mature over 1400 lbs.

Sires are 1/2 to 3/4 blood Simmental bulls from Gateway, Koch and 3 H Simmental programs.  They use Sim genetics for growth and muscling ability while keeping an eye on birthweight and confirmation.
