Description

Three Forks, MT – 40 Feeder Steers at 950 lbs avg. Older brothers to the 750 lb steers selling from the same program—combine both groups to make one big load (~68,000 lbs). This is a rugged, growth-oriented set of feeder steers shipping January 7–14. Large framed, heavy boned, and built to eat and grow.

These steers are 100% Black, all yellow tagged in the video, with a practical combination of Black Angus, Simmental, and Hereford influence that adds frame, muscle, and performance. These are a set of big framed doers, make them as big as you want.

They are ranch-raised cattle that have already gone through a hard sort and are currently being fed to gain approximately 2.5 lb/day. A few head may need to be peeled off to keep trucks legal on weight, but there’s nothing that needs pulled for quality.
