Description

Nice Green calves, on a high roughage ration, developed for grass! Light flesh and good hair coat.

Sort 125 out of 154 Home-Raised, No-Brand Heifers. No replacements Kept.

Test weighed for accuracy. Weighed 534 on 2/2; 1.4 ADG

There was a bout of pinkeye that went through the calves in January despite vaccinations. They have it under control now and we'll take extra care to make sure there's no issues leaving the yard. There will probably be a few scarred white spots in some eyes but no bad pink or bulging eyes will be shipped of course.

Last year's steers as yearlings paid at 860 Oct 3rd
